- provided a
detailed feasibility study for the introduction of Pay on Foot,
following this compiled full and detailed system specifications and tender
document, assisted in the evaluations and carried out the project
management of the installation.

- carried out a
major study of parking at one of Aquaterra's main leisure centres in
London. Redesigned
the car park layout including the entry and exit and coach park,
provided detailed system specifications for the introduction of Pay
on Foot, handled the complete tendering process and project managed
the installation including the supply of all static signing within
the car park
- Cheltenham Borough Council
- carried out a
detailed town centre survey to establish the feasibility for the
introduction of a VMS system within the town. Then specified and prepared the tnders for the
introduction of a new VMS system to cover the main shopping centre
and one other car park within the town as a trial.
